In every man's imagination of a perfect woman, which truly never exist, I found myself exceptional from every other woman. My trouble was I got excited about nothing and then married him. My resume tells a lot, my resume gives a summary of what you want to know about a position that I pretend not to want, but only for the means of livelihood. My resume isn't what I am about, my resume can't describe who I am, it can't describe what I am capable of doing, because what was written are lies. My resume is sent to an organisation, and a HR person who doesn't like his job, but only there as his means of livelihood, may look at my resume or not, either because he has read so many, or either because he sees my name and had a bad experience with that particular name in the past. I find it a challenge to cooperate in a society where it is considered moral to critique a resume yet immoral to critique morality.
It is funny when some persons practically do stupid things and even when one doesn't understand, a number of persons find it priceless. In my state of permanent confusion, anything is possible, the possibility of running back and fourth forever between grief and high delight. In Hollandia's advert, I find the impossibility of it's constant state of confusion because of the expression it leaves on my face. It is an elaborate waste of human intelligence which we find these days with advertising agencies
What is wrong with this advert?
From the video, we see someone using the Hollandia milk product on his cereal and you see people repeating, 'can your milk do this'. Please, someone should help me, what does the milk do? The role of an advert agency deals with human needs, wants, and hopes. The relationship with the manufacturer and advertising agency is almost an intimate one just like that of a therapist and doctor. How dreadful of its advertising agency to be caught up in a game, and have no idea of its rules. I wouldn't want my milk to fly about because that is all I see in this advert. And NO, I don't want my milk to do that,
With great power comes a greater confusion, and Hollandia has given their choice of advertising agency the power to remain confused. Please, take a look at this second video, what is going on here? A 30 seconds video where students and their teacher were showing their dance moves. I only see her shaking her endowments and not passing a message to the audience. The students, well, as young as they are, those who can afford such confused luxury danced after all, as they were told to do so.
Who runs the advertising agency for Hollandia? Will Hollandia watch this and feel safe about about it? The difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits. The aim is to add smoke and not fire, try to confuse your competition, not confuse your organisation.
In every event, we use timelines in showing our successes and failures. Through these timeline, we get to see processes through which these events have taken place, we realize that in certain times, mistakes are made, but yet be corrected. But insanity is one who repeats the same mistakes over, and still make the same mistakes even when they do same process again. Whatever comes in creation exists without my knowledge. If I had the consent of such a creation, with my knowledge, I wouldn't let such a product like the close-up tooth paste exist.
My life has been a general mess from the start. Started school at a pretty young age, and I was not smart. I had no idea what they taught in class, gibberish was more like it. Even as I had no idea of what was said, I wanted to sell, I believed I could sell ice cream to an Eskimo. But I had to go through all these gibberish classes for a pretty long while, and I would get myself a job and begin to sell organisational products and services. Finally, I was done with the gibberish talks, and it was time to sell. I was ready, but I didn't have good grades, how would I be able to secure myself a job?
At 11, I realized certain things about growth and development. I realized that I needed to be at the same level I saw my friends. I learned that development takes its form in stages, and not everyone would reach that stage at the same time. The phase of life starts from a cycle and it evolves around, within that cycle a process evolves, and whatever process is involved, things happen, and in my phase, I discovered I remained the same.

And so have many celebrities who have given us goosebumps all through the past till date because of their consistency in motivation. They live to understand that it is the hallmark of the unimaginable. I am a fan of music, sports and books.

Deforestation has become a norm, because the more greedy people want to acquire more lands to themselves, they want to build universities, they want to own companies and be a force to be reckoned with. But they forget my environment is enough to satisfy every man's needs.

Aligning creativity and innovative skills is one important step in acquiring people management in organisations. But do some of our organisations follow these steps? Do they seek innovative or creative thinkers who can not just make the company grow, but build a leadership root that will stand firm for a very long time. If organisations need creative and innovative ideas, why do they employ people who are not up to the task? Why do they discriminate creative minds from people who knows people who knows people, who knows people before they get a job? If organisations need creative minds to adopt business strategies and bring about positive results, why are so many unemployed? Who do they employ then?
