My Pain...Our struggle.,,

Just about when life was getting interesting. Just about when things were going good, dad left us. In 1999, dad died and mom became a widow. She became a single parent and as family would put it, mom killed dad. She performed traditional rites to proof she wasn't involved in an untimely death of my dad. I wonder how they know when it's someones time to die. But she did and nothing happened. A dad who died and was left with 3,000 naira as his savings (app. 20 dollars). Family wanted his little belongings, his uncomfortable chairs, his books, and everything he had. Oh, the poor man even had a small land which the government took from him. Mom decided that her four kids won't have to go to anyone for aid, and she decided to do it all herself.
